ANNUAL BONSAI SHOW 2024
Saturday 4th May and Sunday 5th May 2024, 10am to 4pm.
At the Tradies Club, Gymea.
Every year the Illawarra Bonsai Society presents a display of magnificent Bonsai, presented from the members of the club. The display includes a large variety of native and exotic trees, as well as a collection of suiseki, Japanese viewing stones.
Display – a magnificent display of exotic and Australian Native trees and viewing stones.
Demonstrations – Club members will share their knowledge with live demonstrations, 11am and 2pm on Saturday and 11am on Sunday.
Sales – bonsai tree stock, pots and accessories will be on sale, handmade pots made by Janet Selby and Helen Montfort.
Member’s sales table with all bonsai related items at very reasonable prices.
Raffles – multiple choice raffles with great prizes to be won.
Clinic – bring along your bonsai and our expert tutors will be pleased to help you with any problems. Potting and wiring service starting at $10.
Mother’s Day – for $10, children can make their own small bonsai for their mothers with everything supplied.
